About Innovo Innovations

Innovo Innovations was founded by a paramedic who saw too many failures that happened not because of a lack of skill, but because of a lack of solutions. He set out to create medical devices that narrow the gap between failure and success. T-Band was board to address the gap in patient securement solutions.

The T-Band was originally created to secure the arm during humeral IO insertion, but its versatility has made it an essential tool across multiple different emergency scenarios. We proudly manufacture our products in America supporting local communities while serving healthcare professionals nationwide.

Our Mission

Founded by Dr. Seth Illu, an emergency physician and former paramedic with EMS Fellowship training, Innovo Innovations was born from real-world needs in critical medical situations. Seth is constantly looking at difficult problems and creating simple, reliable solutions. Recognizing the challenges faced during emergency procedures, our team has developed the T-Band and I-Band to address critical gaps in patient securement solutions.

Led by our CEO, Dr. Jonathan Rose, who has over 20 years experience in providing medical device solutions. He and our experienced team combines clinical expertise with proven commercialization excellence. Our products represent the first adhesive arm securement devices on the market. They are engineered to secure, simplify, and stabilize patients in critical condition.
